Truong Ngoc Hai, MD, PhD
Truong Hai is a clinical practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Critical Care and General Internal Medicine and a passionate clinician-educator in Vietnam.
He developed Dropsy bracelets to improve the efficiency of interstitial edema analysis. The devices are based on the bioelectrical impedance analysis of electrical current frequency. They significantly improve patient care in ICUs as well as home care.
Hai was nominated Presidential Award for Clinical Practice Physician Excellence by the President of Vietnam in 2013; Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of Vietnam in 2012; and Certificates of Merit of Ministry of Health for consecutive years.
DIEM LY HOANG
She gained her Bachelor of Commerce from RMIT University in Vietnam and Bachelor of Art from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
She matured as a seasoned business leader and as an executive over the course of 6 years growing through her career in retail and later in manufacturing companies.
